MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

Eligibility Criteria

Students who are Singapore Citizens.

  • Students from families who are receiving public assistance from the Ministry of Social and Family Development or students residing in recognised welfare organisation homes.

  • Students with gross household income of $3,000 or below or household per capita income of $750 or below.

Financial Assistance Details

Full waiver of school fees and first tier miscellaneous fees

  • Free textbooks

  • Free school uniform

  • School Meals Programme

  • Public transport subsidy
