Non-medical Appeal Exercise

  1. If your child/ward is not posted to New Town Secondary School and you would like to make an appeal due to non-medical reasons, please fill in the online form below by 25 December 2025, 12 pm. Late submission will not be considered.

    • Online form: https://go.gov.sg/2026-s1-appeal-ntss

    • Your child’s/ward’s PSLE score must meet the school's cut-off point of the posting year. The cut-off points for 2026 Secondary One Posting to New Town Secondary School are as follows:

  • Posting Group 3: AL 20

  • Posting Group 2: AL 25

Transfer will be subject to available vacancies and the school’s admission criteria.

  1. Students should still report to the posted secondary school on 2 January 2026. The application is deemed to be unsuccessful if you do not hear from the school by 2 January 2026. Schools will not disclose reasons for selection / non-selection of students.

  2. For appeals based on medical reasons, please request through the school that your child/ward is posted to by 22 December 2025, 12 pm.
